In any given instance, on any given day — Monday or Sunday — we either willingly or unconsciously align ourselves with the free-will of all things between the sky and smart phones. We forage and feed on information, entertainment and infotainment, driven by what we want to know, what we like or perhaps more humanly, what makes us feel good. The ritual of connecting to the rest of humankind is a need, for and from us.
We choose and pick information, emotions and feelings so that our choices will work for us. We want choices, a lot of choices so that we can make intelligent decisions to continually live better lives, before we, say, decide on the what, the how or the why of all things.
Being aware - a sense of where we are — physically, mentally and emotionally — in all times and in tune with small and big systems, delivers a unique perspective of the present and thereby opens up many dimensions of possibilities and choices. The free-will and free-won’t bear equal importance. Being aware of all this strips away all the baggage, the preconceptions that may be not be required at the moment but show up just out of strong habitual muscles.
Creating choices for yourself in any situation by being aware of yourself, others, systems and processes will enable you to make decisions out of choice and not out of compulsion or buy into a prescribed change. When we are in a state of complete awareness, we are free of fear and focussed on making the best possible decision at the time. A decision enabled by a deep awareness of a situation leading to aligned actions, gaining momentum with time to become powerful, resilient and sustainable high performance cultures — fulfillment for individuals, families, teams and organizations.
Awareness, choices, decisions and sustainable high performance - fulfillment at home, work and life.
